In the app

Every picture, comment, review and sauna in Saunatic has a Report action. Choose the reason - including "Illegal content" - and a person on our team looks at it.

Without the app

Write to report@saunatic.app (open a ready-made email). If you believe something is illegal, please tell us:

1. why you think so,
2. exactly where it is - the link, or the sauna's or picture's name and the user who posted it,
3. your name and email address, and
4. that you believe in good faith that what you tell us is accurate and complete.

You do not need to give your name when you report sexual content involving a minor - write to safety@saunatic.app. If someone's life or safety is at risk, call 112 first.

What happens next

We confirm that we received your report. A person decides, without undue delay, and we tell you what we decided and how you can contest it. We do not tell the person you reported who you are, unless the law requires it.

If something in Saunatic is yours or about you

• Your copyright. Write to report@saunatic.app with your name and contact details, where the content is, what your right is and why the use is not allowed, and a statement that the information is correct. We normally act within 3 working days and tell both you and the uploader what we decided.
• You in a picture. If you can be recognised in a picture and have not agreed to it, tell us where it is. We take it down without asking for reasons.
• Your sauna. If you run a sauna that is listed, claim it in the app and correct it yourself, or write to us to have facts corrected, to have it marked as not open to the public, or - if it is not a public sauna - to have it removed. Free of charge, normally within 7 days.
